Risk Evaluation Report Fees

Fees for Risk Evaluation Reports are Rs. 5000 per report for Domestic Reports.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

Due to the nature of our Risk Evaluation Reports, we regret to inform our customers that we do not grant refunds except under the following circumstances:

1. Incomplete or Incorrect Report Delivery: If there is a significant error or omission in the information provided in the Risk Evaluation Report, which renders the report incomplete or inaccurate, we will review the situation. We will either offer a refund or promptly rectify the error at our discretion.

2. Failure to Deliver Service: In the rare event that we cannot deliver the Risk Evaluation Report within the specified timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances, we may consider a refund. However, we will make every effort to communicate and resolve the issue before proceeding with a refund.

Refund Process

1. Notification: Customers must notify Lawsuit Ventures within 3 days of receiving the Risk Evaluation Report to request a refund.

2. Documentation: Customers may need to provide supporting documentation or evidence to substantiate their refund request, such as proof of an incomplete or incorrect report.

3. Review and Approval: Our customer service team will thoroughly review refund requests. Lawsuit Ventures will communicate the approval decision to the customer within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in the customer’s account.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

1. Customer Dissatisfaction: As the Risk Evaluation Report is a subjective analysis, we will not issue refunds based on customer dissatisfaction with the results or conclusions presented in the report.

2. Change in Business Status: Changes in business status, such as mergers, acquisitions, or legal issues, will not be considered grounds for a refund.

Pre-Legan and Legan Fees

Pre-Legan Fees

Pre-LEGAN fees are Rs. 499 plus taxes per Pre-LEGAN Report. This fee will be refunded if you are not eligible for further processes.

Legan Fees

LEGAN Fees are Rs. 5000/- per case or 1% of the claim amount, whichever is higher. Below are the terms and conditions for the refund of the LEGAN Fees.

Analysis Fees

Nature of Analysis Fees

Analysis fees, referred to as “Legal Analysis (LEGAN) Fees,” are paid by the client to engage our services. These fees are primarily allocated for legal analysis, which includes funding the efforts of professionals, research, data analysis, and other requirements related to the disputes presented by the client.

Non-Refundable Nature

Legal Analysis Fees are non-refundable. Once paid to Lawsuit Ventures, these fees are dedicated to the specific services required for the analysis of the legal dispute and are not subject to refund.

Reasoning

We utilise Legal Analysis Fees to cover the costs incurred by Lawsuit Ventures for engaging legal professionals, conducting research, performing data analysis, and fulfilling various other client-specific requirements. These costs are initiated immediately upon receipt of the Legal Analysis Fees and are tailored to each client’s unique situation. Therefore, it is not feasible to provide refunds for these fees once they have been paid.
