As such, it is essential for both our clients and Lawsuit Ventures to have a clear understanding of our refund policy.

Risk Evaluation Report Fees: Fees of Risk Evaluation Reports shall be Rs. 5000 per report for Domestic Reports.

Lawsuit Ventures – Risk Evaluation Report Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Lawsuit Ventures for your Risk Evaluation Report needs. Our Risk Evaluation Reports are carefully curated through extensive research and analysis conducted by a team of professionals. As a result of the comprehensive nature of our services, we would like to outline our refund policy to ensure transparency and clarity in our commitment to customer satisfaction.

1. Refund Eligibility Criteria: 

Due to the nature of our Risk Evaluation Reports, we regret to inform our customers that refunds will not be granted except under the following circumstances:

   a. Incomplete or Incorrect Report Delivery: If there is a significant error or omission in the information provided in the Risk Evaluation Report, which renders the report incomplete or inaccurate, we will review the situation and, at our discretion, offer a refund or rectify the error promptly.

   b. Failure to Deliver Service: In the rare event that we are unable to deliver the Risk Evaluation Report within the specified timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund may be considered. However, we will make every effort to communicate and resolve the issue before proceeding with a refund.

2. Refund Process:

   a. Notification: To request a refund, customers must notify Lawsuit Ventures within 3 days of receiving the Risk Evaluation Report.

   b. Documentation: Customers may be required to provide supporting documentation or evidence to substantiate their refund request, such as proof of an incomplete or incorrect report.

   c. Review and Approval: Refund requests will be thoroughly reviewed by our customer service team. Approval of refunds is at the discretion of Lawsuit Ventures, and decisions will be communicated to the customer within 5-7 business days.

   d. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in the customer’s account.

3. Exclusions:

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

   a. Customer Dissatisfaction: As the Risk Evaluation Report is a subjective analysis, refunds will not be issued based on customer dissatisfaction with the results or conclusions presented in the report.

   b. Change in Business Status: Changes in the business status, such as mergers, acquisitions, or legal issues, will not be considered grounds for a refund.

Note: Lawsuit Ventures reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically for updates.

By engaging with Lawsuit Ventures and purchasing our Risk Evaluation Report, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.

Pre-LEGAN Fees: Pre-LEGAN fees shall be Rs. 499 plus taxes per Pre-LEGAN Report. This fees shall be refunded if you will not be eligible for further processes.

LEGAN Fees: LEGAN Fees shall be Rs. 5000/- per case or 1% of the claim amount whichever is higher. Below are the terms and conditions for the refund of the LEGAN Fees. 

Analysis Fees:

1. Analysis Fees Nature: Analysis fees, referred to as “Legal Analysis (Legan) Fees,” are paid by the client to engage our services. These fees are primarily allocated for the purposes of legal analysis, which includes funding the efforts of professionals, research, data analysis, and other requirements related to the disputes presented by the client.

2. Non-Refundable Nature: Please be advised that Legal Analysis Fees are non-refundable. Once these fees are paid to Lawsuit Ventures, they are dedicated to the specific services required for the analysis of the legal dispute, and they are not subject to refund.

3. Reasoning: The Legal Analysis Fees are utilized to cover the costs incurred by Lawsuit Ventures for engaging legal professionals, conducting research, performing data analysis, and fulfilling various other client-specific requirements. These costs are initiated immediately upon receipt of the Legal Analysis Fees and are tailored to each client’s unique situation. As such, it is not feasible to provide refunds for these fees once they have been paid.

4. Client Understanding: We encourage all clients to carefully consider and understand our refund policy before engaging our services and submitting Legal Analysis Fees. We are committed to transparency and are available to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding this policy.
